What do these Import options mean when Importing contacts into Home Office Pro?

1. What is the Autoresponder and where can I read the messages that will be sent out and when they will be sent? 

The Autoresponder Drip Emails refers to the Response Magic Autoresponder emails that exist in the list you are adding contacts into. To view the emails, you can locate the autoresponders within the Response Magic autoresponder program that is attached to your Home Office Pro members area account. To access this, log into your Home Office Pro back office and click the Marketing icon in the top navigation (It looks like a Red pie-graph on a chart) , then click the "Autoresponder Login" icon that appears on the Marketing page (very last icon on the right.). Once logged into your autoresponder, use the drop down menu "Select Email List to Manage", then to view the emails in the list you have selected, click the large blue "Convert" button.

2. Is there a way to see where a contact is in the auto-responder series? 

Follow the same steps as above with a slight difference: Once logged into your autoresponder, use the drop down menu "Select Email List to Manage", then to view the contacts in the list you have selected, click the "Show Contacts" button.

3. What is "send auto message now" and what does that message say? 

This refers to the very first email in the List, and you can view it by following the steps I provided for question 1.


4. What does the confirmation message say?

The confirmation message can be viewed by logging into your Autoresponder account, as outlined under question 1, and then clicking 1)Create --> Opt In Email ; You will be able to read the default email there as well as submit your own custom version of the email if you choose to do so.
