When will I be paid of my commission?

Commission Payments: HomeSuccessPro will issue a commission payment in U.S. dollars for the applicable commissions either by PayPal or US Cheque, on or about the 15th of the a calendar month for the previous to last month's commissions if Affiliate is owed at least one hundred dollars ($100). An online statement of customer purchase activity is available to Affiliate at all times. E.g. Commissions earned January 1st – 31st of a particular year will be issued March 15th. This is to allow for our risk free trial, disputes, refunds and duplicate signups, etc. Commissions to be paid by cheque will not be issued without full name (or Business Name), mailing address and telephone number. All Affiliates must ensure their contact information is complete and up to date. A cheque will not be issued with incomplete information. PayPal payments will be sent to the PayPal e-mail the Affiliate indicates in their paypal payout email address. HomeSuccessPro (Platinum Synergy Group Inc.) will not issue a PayPal payment to any Affiliate who does not provide this information. Platinum Synergy Group Inc. will not split commissions to different individuals. Only the Affiliate account owner will be eligible for the commission in his/her name personal, or business name. If an affiliate has not accrued $100 by the end of the calendar year, they will be paid out any owed commissions on March 15th of the following year. It is the Affiliate’s responsibility to affirm with their bank that they can accept a cheque based from Canada, drawn on a US funds. Platinum Synergy Group Inc. will not be held responsible for an Affiliate’s inability to cash their cheque. All cheques must be cashed within 120 days of issue. Platinum Synergy Group Inc. will not re-issue cheques that are stale-dated. Please note that commissions are paid 45 days after the previous “month” ending, not necessarily the date you accrue over $100. If you reach the $100 threshold on April 5th for example, you will be paid your accrued amount on the “run date” for April, which is June 15th. Payouts are done based on the entire reporting period, which is a calendar month. You will earn your $100, plus whatever else was accrued for the rest of April (less refunds/chargebacks/cancellations) on June 15th.
