How to update custom values or custom values like your company id number

Custom values are special team specific values that have been added by your system administrator. These values can later be used by the system and websites.

For example: many teams will set a custom value of "company username" this value would store your primary company username so the website can use this value like to display a link to your personalized company signup page on your website ( tracking the signup back to you ).

Other common uses for custom values are embed code for Calendly integration, a personalized video embed code or custom presentations.

Here's how to edit these values.

  1. Click on "my settings"

  2. Click on "custom values" 

  3. update any available values your team has specified and click save.
