Being Logged Out of the App

If you notice that you’re being logged out of the app, Single-Device Login Restriction could be the reason:

Our app allows login access on one device at a time. The most recently logged-in device will receive push notifications. If you share your account with a spouse or use a secondary device, such as an iPad, this could cause you to be logged out on your primary device (e.g., your phone) when you switch back.
